Swagelining Limited is a company with proprietary technology, products and processes that are fused together to undertake the design, procurement and construction of polymer lining systems for pipelines. Services are normally delivered via a project organisation that holds responsibility for development of the technical solution and delivery of the field lining service. With expert polymer engineering, project management and pipeline construction expertise in house, the liner system is designed to respond to the pipeline service demands. The field delivery operation maximises efficiency and cost effectiveness of the installed liner system.

We work with clients to deliver the lowest out turn cost for any lining project using our Integrated Lining System concept. With our capability to specify, procure and deliver everything from materials to connectors that can be fully welded or flanged, we look at optimising the rate of progress and expenditure along the pipeline route. Our close cooperation with the client’s engineering team enables a joint review of the total cost profile. There is no value in a stand-alone lining solution that appears to be the lowest cost when compared to other tenderers if the overall cost to deliver it means a higher final cost to the client.
